What if your cat could support you even when things are unpredictable?

Service Cat Skills Course 3: Advanced Support & Task Reliability

Once your cat understands the basics and intermediate skills, the next step is building behaviours that work in more complex situations.

This course focuses on advanced support tasks and strengthening the communication between you and your cat so their help becomes clearer and more reliable.

You will build more advanced alert behaviours, pressure therapy, scent work, strengthen distance work, and develop support behaviours that can be used when you actually need them in daily life.

The goal is not perfection.

The goal is support that works for you.

Instead of wondering whether your cat understands what you need, you will learn how to shape and strengthen those behaviours step by step.

What You Will Learn

This course focuses on expanding the skills you began building in the earlier courses so they become clearer, stronger, and more reliable in real life situations.

You will learn how to train more advanced alert behaviours, distance tasks, stronger task chains, and clearer communication between you and your cat so support behaviours can work when you actually need them.

Many of the advanced support behaviours in this course are used by people managing conditions such as:

• Migraine or headache alerts
• High heart rate or POTS related symptoms
• Anxiety or panic episodes
• Autism related overwhelm or shutdowns
• Dissociation or grounding needs
• Emotional regulation and grounding support
• Chronic illness flare ups and fatigue

You will learn how to strengthen the behaviours your cat already understands and shape them into more advanced support tasks that remain reliable even when environments change or life becomes unpredictable.

Every cat and handler pair is different, so you will learn how to adapt these skills to the type of support that matters most to you.

Strengthen the Support You’ve Built

If you’ve already started training and want your cat’s skills to become more advanced and reliable, this course helps you move into the next stage.

Service Cat Skills 3 builds on the foundations and intermediate skills taught earlier and expands them into more complex behaviours.

You will learn how to connect behaviours together, introduce distance and alerts, and strengthen the communication between you and your cat.

While this course can be taken on its own, it works best when combined with the earlier courses in the series.

Each stage builds confidence for both you and your cat.

Who This Is For

This course is designed for disabled cat guardians, chronically ill handlers, and anyone who wants to build advanced support behaviours with their cat.

You do not need professional training experience.

You do not need a perfectly behaved cat.

You do not need to train every skill in the course.

You choose the behaviours that support your life.
